The International Fisheries and Aquatic Research Congress is one of the most important international congresses in the field of fisheries and aquaculture. The first five have been held in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 on Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Nevşehir and Istanbul (Turkey), Tehran (Iran), respectively. The sixth one will be held in Tehran, Iran.
